GiGi’s Lashes is centrally located on Hilton Head Island, SC. At GiGi’s, we believe each client’s experience should be tailored to meet their unique beauty needs. We strive to create an atmosphere where all of our clients have a customized appointment each visit. Our skilled professionals hold themselves to a standard of offering exceptional service utilizing proper technique and extensive training. For your comfort and safety, as well as to maintain the highest standards of service for all clients, we kindly request that children don’t accompany you to appointments. This goes for all clients and all services. This ensures a serene and distraction-free environment, allowing us to focus solely on providing you with the best possible experience. All services provided by GiGi’s Lashes are non-refundable. Due to the time, products, and customized nature of lash services, refunds will not be issued once a service has been completed. If you have any concerns regarding your lash extensions, you must notify us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will assess the issue and, if deemed necessary, schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment to address any concerns. Adjustment appointments are intended to correct issues related to the original service and do not apply to normal shedding, improper aftercare, or changes in personal preference. Cancellation Policy
At GiGi’s Lashes, our services are available by appointment only. By scheduling an appointment, we are reserving dedicated time exclusively for you.
To reserve and secure your appointment, all clients are required to have on file a credit or debit card. By agreeing to our waiver, you authorize GiGi’s Lashes to charge the card on file in accordance with our cancellation/no show policy.
To avoid a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service charge, a minimum 24 hour notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. Failing to attend your scheduled appointment or not providing a 24-hour notice will lead to the cancellation fee.
At GiGi’s Lashes, we are dedicated to providing quality service and adequate time is crucial for desired results. Kindly remember that being 20 minutes late is considered a no show.
